Chicken Pasta

I figured out that there are
365 calories per serving, if 10 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie
counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to
use.)
This is such a colorful dish with the peppers! |
I love the spiciness
of this dish. I did modify for recipe a little. I am still learning to love
bell peppers so instead of cutting them into strip, I diced them up. I also had
to omit the Roma tomatoes for health reasons. This is another low calorie dish
that I really like for the week.

Melissa Rinker’s Pretzel Hugs
Another school recipe –
thanks Melissa for sharing
Ingredients:
Pretzel rings
(knots)
Hugs candy
M & M’s
Directions:
Preheat
oven to 250 degrees. Line a cookie
sheet with either wax paper or tin foil. Place a single layer of pretzels on
the cookie sheet. Center a Hug on
each pretzel. Put cookie sheet in the oven on the center rack. TURN OVEN OFF
(we want to soften the Hugs – not bake them).
Remove
from oven when the Hugs push into the center (about 2 minutes). Immediately
push M & M’s into the center of each Hug. Let them cool so the Hug firms
enough to take off cookie sheet.
