These sweet potatoes
were absolutely wonderful. I actually sighed when I ate them. They are so
decadent that I would be happy to eat them for dessert. This is a great recipe
and one I would make every single Thanksgiving…. forever.
Fabulous “Family and Friends” Food
Tracy Dockum’s $250 Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups butter
1 teasp. salt
2 cups granulated
sugar
2 teasp. baking
powder
2 cups brown sugar
2 teasp.baking
soda
4 eggs
24 oz. chocolate
chips
2 teasp. vanilla
8 oz. Hershey bar,
grated
4 cups flour
3 cups chopped
nuts
5 cups blended
oatmeal (measure and blend in a
blender to a fine
powder)
Directions:
Cream
butter and both sugars. Adds eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and
baking soda. Add chips, candy, and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches
apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for
10 minutes at 374 degrees.
