Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location:           No-Knead Cloverleaf Rolls

I figured out that there are 255 calories per serving, if 36 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

Fresh out of the oven and yummy!

Here is the "before baking" shot

Ready to serve

These are really cute dinner rolls. They have a wonderful flavor. The buttery richness adds a lot to this side. This is a quick bread to make for the holidays.

Random Reflections

I was creating scrapbooks for my Aunt when I came upon this picture of my Grandmother. I never met my Dad’s Mom because she died before I was born. I studied this picture for a long time. I love the old car in the driveway and the way she stands with my cousin, Gary. I wish I had the pleasure of her company, but that isn’t possible. I wonder what she was like?  What were her passions and desires?  What did she love? What were her goals?

Helpful Home Hints

I just discovered styrofoam covers for faucet outlets. The purpose is to cover the outside faucets to help prevent them from freezing. I can’t say they add any beauty to the house, but if it helps to prevent freezing pipes, then it is truly worthwhile. I purchased mine at Ace Hardware, if you are interested.
