Recipe Review
Today’s Recipe and Location:           Leftover Turkey Spring Rolls

I love egg rolls, but am not a big fan of spring rolls. These are a little more interesting to me because they are using the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Of course, the real reason I dislike them is because they are usually filled with a lot of various vegetables. And what is worth that wrapper??  I need something with a little more substance. I’ll just stay with the most amazing egg rolls from Gen Hoe Restaurant in Geneva.

Trivial Triffles

“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
Mahatma Ghandi

I love this quote by Mahatma Ghandi.  He was one brilliant man.

Memory Musings

When I lived on Sixth Avenue in St. Charles, I had wonderful neighbors. The Burmeister and Martin families lived across and next door to me. They are two of the finest families in town. I feel very blessed to have shared seven years with these folks.
