Today’s Recipe and Location:           Candy-Dipped Smores

I figured out that there are 283 calories per serving, if 12 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

I love, love, love these smores. Who knew that I could make smores in just a few minutes in my kitchen?  I have become a big fan of Nutella. I never liked hazelnuts, but this is a whole other thing. The hazelnuts were always left over in the dish, yet I could eat Nutella right out of the jar. OMG these smores are fabuloso!

They are pretty thick but amazing
I like the pink ones

I made 12 last night

Ingredients:
3 (12 inch) flour tortillas
1 can (10 oz.) hot enchilada sauce
½ cup (2 oz.) shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup (2 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Put tortillas on a large cookie sheet.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush a thin layer of sauce on each tortilla. Sprinkle each with the cheeses, dividing evenly among the three. Drizzle some of the sauce over the cheese.

Bake in a preheated hot oven (400 degrees) for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tortillas are crisp. Cut into irregular corners. Serve at once with cold drinks.
