This is the coolest looking
coffee drink that I have ever seen.
It kinda looked like a really brittle slushy with a creamy mixture on
top. Now, I just can’t stand the flavor of coffee. This dislike came about at WIU when I attended college.
There were two lines in the morning. The first was to the coffee machine and
the other for pop. The pop line was shorter so that was the one I elected to be
in each morning. So, I never developed a need or love for coffee. Most people I
know love their morning coffee while I still love my Diet Coke every
morning. I guess – to each his/her
own.

Sharon’s Shrimp and Cheese
Casserole
Melt
5 Tablespoons of butter in a skillet. Saute the shrimp or crab. The recipe
didn’t say how much, unfortunately.
Stir in 5 Tablespoons of flour to combine. Add in ¾ pint of half and
half and stir to make a thick cream sauce. Now, add in a few shakes of seasoned
salt.
Pour
the mixture into a bowl that has 2 cups of shredded mild cheddar cheese and 1
cup of sour cream. Mix together and then add 2 cups of cooked Minute rice. Mix
one last time and pour it into a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30
minutes.
