I probably wimped
out by not making this one, but I was turned off by the tomato and sprouts. The
rest of it looks amazing.
What is point of a
sprout? I think they get stuck in
my teeth and I really don’t like the taste of them. The sammy is really awesome
looking, and is a giant stacked wonder.
If you like bagels,
at least visit this recipe and look at it.
Trivial Triffles
I
was looking through an old paper and there was a picture of John Denver. In my
prime, I loved his music and it had a lot of meaning to me. Some of my favorite
songs were “Sunshine on my
Shoulder” and “Annie’s Song.” John died in 1997. He was killed in a private
plane crash in California. I
forgot that he was only 53 years old when he died. How sad!
Memory Musings
Girls’
sports were really limited in the 70’s.
During my senior year, I was able to play powder puff football. It was so
much fun. It was an intramural league and we only played a few games, (that I
remember). It was flag football and a lot of my old friends and I played
together. I wonder if any of them remember playing this interesting sport. A
brief moment in time.
