I figured out that there are 285 calories per serving, if 15 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

I really liked this French toast. I took Ree’s suggestion, and cooked it for and hour and fifteen minutes so the top was on the crunchy side rather than the soft one. I served it at school and it was a big hit.

I began by tearing the sourdough bread into pieces

Put it in a pan that has been buttered
and sprayed with baking spray

In a large bowl I added the eggs,
milk, cream, vanilla, and sugar

Mix it well

I then poured the egg mixture into the
pan covered with the sourdough bread

Now to make the topping
In a new bowl, I added the butter and flour

Look at that brown sugar

Now the spices are added in to the mix

Mix it together with a pastry cutter

I poured it over the bread and egg mixture

I covered it and put it in
the fridge to chill overnight

In the morning I baked it for an
hour and fifteen minutes
Then I covered it and rushed
it to school.

Here is my piece of goodness
