Week 27 Saturday (7/19/14)

I spent five hours last night undoing a total mess I made because of one particular number. I somehow wrote Week 26 twice which messed up all of the work I created thus screwing up the order
I have to apologize. I think I have printed a few recipes or entries twice.  Stay with me and I'll try to be more careful - I hope. Sometimes having so many things in the computer gets confusing. Sorry!

Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location:           Pretty, Yummy Fruit Salad
Found in: The Pioneer Woman blog

This is one heck of a gorgeous salad. It is filled with many fruits and a variety of colors.  If you love your fruit, this is a perfect summer salad. The fruit is getting better and sweeter each day and now is the time to make this dish.

Yard Art

I love pinwheels in the garden. I bought these beauties at Trellis on Kirk Rd. in St. Charles. Trellis is the perfect store to get gardening supplies, plants, and pet food and other items. I go there often and they are a fabulous store.

I just love everything pink!

Trellis has a little shed out back and in there are amazing yard art items. The pinwheels are my favorite because they are so cute and add life to the garden as they blow and turn in the wind.

The pink pinwheel is small but this one is much bigger.
Don't ya just love the color?

When I first put them in the backyard, Willow was terrified. Now, she just glances and ignores them both. If you want to add a bit of fun in your garden, consider adding a whimsical large pinwheel or two to your garden.
