Recipe Review

I figured out that there are 923 calories per serving, if 4 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

Look at the juice oozing from the meat - don't ya just wanna bite?

         These sammies are truly amazing but extremely high in calories. Ribs are to die for and these sandwiches are a great treat every once in a while. I love rye bread so I used that instead of french or crusty buns. I loved the flavor and really enjoyed every bite. I did make one minor change when I omitted the carrots. I am not a big fan of cooked carrots so I made the executive decision to forget about’em. If you are a rib lover this is the recipe for you.

         When I retire, one of the things I really want to do is volunteer at an animal rescue. I love animals so much and want to help animals at risk who have been rescued. This is something that I really can’t wait to begin doing when I retire.

Wants and Wishes

         I adore my Aunt Doris. A few weeks ago she fell and fractured her knee cap. What I really want and wish is for a speedy recovery. She is so much fun to spend time with because she always makes me smile. Being confined to a wheel chair is hard for anyone, but she needs to freedom to walk around. I hope and pray that this recovery period goes quickly for her.
