Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location:                    Spicy Dr. Pepper Ribs

I figured out that there are 160 calories per serving, if 12 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

         I love ribs. For some reason I haven’t made them much in the past. I just knew that I would love these because the recipe is similar to Rees’s Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork that I absolutely adore. Who knew that I would love them alone or when I use the rib meat in a sammy. I did add a little BBQ sauce because it is a favorite of mine. When I took the meat to school I just ate it without the sauce, No matter how you eat these gems, you will be one happy camper.


Why Weight?

         Today is Day one of my new goal.
The time is June 1, 2014 – June 1, 2015.
The goal is to lose 100 lbs. in that time frame.
I vow to record each day’s calories and exercise in this location. 

Random Reflections - Bucket List

         I have driven through many of the states but not really ever just enjoyed exploring the states. So, one of my bucket lists items is to spend some time in all 50 states.  This could be a really fun adventure.

Wants and Wishes

         I want to spend days working in my garden watching my beautiful flowers grow. I love to read on my deck and sit in a gorgeous environment. There is nothing better than sitting on my wicker love seat with a good book, and calmly enjoying the late afternoon breeze.
