What the Beck???

I recently finished this soft yellow blanket. I love it!

Up close and personal. This is just like the blue
one I recently finished a few weeks ago.

Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location: Hasselbeck Potatoes
Found in: The Pioneer Woman blog

I figured out that there are 463 calories, if 6 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

These were quite good. I love a baked potato whenever I have a steak, which is now rare. I think that I love potatoes in any form. This was a joy to eat. Too bad I didn’t have a thick, juicy steak to eat with this tater.

I began by baking a russet potato.

I made thin slices in the baked potato
making sure that the cuts didn't go all of the way
through to the plate.

I poured some of the butter into the crevices.

I also poured some olive oil.

Chives really make the dish.

Salt and pepper are definitely needed for flavor.

It is now ready to eat.
