What the Beck???

Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location: Cuban-Inspired Sandwich
Found in: The Pioneer Woman blog

I figured out that there are 762 calories, if 4 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

I absolutely loved this sandwich! It is high in calories, but every once in awhile it would be a great treat. I got a thumbs up from the Barnett family, too. This one is a keeper for me.

These are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe.

I began by toasting the buns.

To make the spread, I began with mayo,

and added in the dry mustard.

I set up a little assembly line to make the four sammies.

I spread the mayo mix on the toasted buns.

On went the pulled pork!!  YEAH!!!

The ham went on top of the pork.

I added on my homemade bread and butter pickles,
even though the recipe called for dill pickles.

The top bun is added on last.

Yum!! Yum!! They are all ready to go.
