I
figured out that there are 490 calories, if 2 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
This was a ridiculous breakfast, but
that is when I made it. I loved the flavor, and I don’t think I have ever had
an ice cream soda float. Actually, I don’t think I have ever used club soda in
my life. This was a special treat that I really enjoyed, because it was really a fun summer drink.
These are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe.
I began by putting the blackberries in the blender.
I added the water to the blender,
and turned it on to make a syrup.
The puree was a beautiful color.
In a small pan I added the granulated sugar.
I used a strainer to separate out the seeds.
Now to melt the sugar and heat up the mixture.
All done and ready to cool.
I put a few scoops of ice cream in a pretty glass.
I spooned on the cooled blackberry mixture. YUM!!
The club soda added so much to the drink.
The final product garnished with a mint leaf.
