Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location:  Spicy Dr. Pepper Shredded Pork
Found in: The Pioneer Woman

The calories depend on the size of the roast and how many servings you get out of it.

   This is an oldie but a goodie. Since I decided to make it for Sunday dinner, I am writing about it again in this blog.  If you like pork with a little kick, then this is recipe for you.
   This is one of my favorite things to make for a crowd.




I cut up the onions and placed them in the 
bottom of my Dutch Oven. 

 The pork butt a.k.a. pork shoulder goes on top of the onions.


 I poured the Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce over the roast.



 On went the Dr. Pepper, hence the name of the recipe.


  I added in the brown sugar.



The final product ready to go to the Barnett's 
for Sunday dinner.
