What the Beck???
I began by dicing the onion
and the red bell pepper.
The green bell pepper was the last veggie chopped up.
They looked pretty on the plate.
Here are the shrimp. They didn't have the
super large ones, so I used double what
the recipe called for to make this dish.
I poured the red sauce over the shrimp.
As the shrimp was bonding with the sauce, I cooked the
veggies. Does shrimp bond?? I couldn't think of a word.
I hate it when that happens. Old age???
I placed the shrimp and sauce in the pan and cooked them
until the shrimp was opaque and the sauce was hot.
I put it on the plate so it could be in the assembly line.
I heated up the tortillas
I went down the line and built the quesadilla.
Yum! Yum!
I served them with sour cream.
Gotta love the Barnett girls!!!

I
figured out that there are 418 calories, if 6 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
I really loved these
quesadillas! I absolutely love
shrimp and it was a tasty treat. I invited Abby, Emily, and Denise Barnett over to
share them with me.
I
did make one mistake. For the first 2/3 of the shrimp, I remembered to remove
the tails, but on the last quesadilla I had to remove the tails as I ate
it. I hate that kind of mistake
because it was ridiculous that I didn’t detail them all at one time.
