Recipe Review

Today’s Recipe and Location: Pepperoni Chicken

I figured out that there are 470 calories, if 4 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

 I liked the flavor of this chicken. Of course, I am sure that is because of the pepperoni and cheese, which is my pizza meat of choice. I think it had too much sauce, as I always ask for light sauce when I order pizza. I think it would be better then.
  


 Here are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe


 I took a chicken breast and cut it in half,
so that it was a thin cutlet


 I melted the butter and oil to cook the chicken

 I added salt and pepper and fried the breasts


 Because I made these in the early evening, I made them 
to freeze. I am beginning to build the meal, 
so I put the marinara sauce
in the individual dishes.

The chicken has nice color and is ready to go
in the individual dishes.


 I added a layer of pepperoni on top of the 
marinara and the chicken breasts.


 The next step was to add the cheese

 The final touch was to add the parsley.
I think I need to go to the eye doctor, or
maybe sign up for a photography class.

 I had to be sneaky and take these photos, because 
they will jump up if they see me.


Sage didn't see me in the door on this one.
This was one of the beautiful days we
had in March.  Oh, how we long for summer.
