Colton is a little blurry - but so darn cute!
Cory - who is also so darn cute
I began by cooking the onions until they are translucent
I added the ground beef to the onions
then the taco seasoning
and the beans.
I absolutely loved adding the green chilies
I truly prefer the enchilada sauce as opposed to tomato sauce.
It adds a different yummy flavor.
The camera flash really lightens the color.
I let it simmer for about 10 minutes to
meld the flavors all together.
Here is the finished product.

love my chili, but really do not love most other recipes, because I am not a
big fan of most types of beans. My answer to the problem is to add pork and
beans. Yeah!! Below is my newest revision of my recipe.
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 pound ground beef (80/20)

1 (14 oz.) can of Bush’s regular baked

1 (4.5 oz.) can of diced chilies

Monterey Jack shredded cheese
