What the Beck???
Here are the ingredients I used in the recipe
I began with the wet ingredients.
The secret to this recipe is the browned butter!!
I then mixed the dry ingredients
Slowly, mix the dry into the wet
I added in the chocolate chips
Lastly, I added the pecans
Now, they are ready to roll into a log
I just used a small scoop to make them now
They were great!

I figured out that there are
160 calories, if 34 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary
depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
This recipe was in her
section called Slice and Bake cookies. I loved these cookies. I did substitute
good quality chocolate chips for the block of semisweet chocolate thus making
chocolate chip cookies and not chocolate chunk cookies.

I
took these cookies to my sister, Susan’s house and they were gone quickly. I
love the idea of making rolls and cookies and freezing them until they are
needed. This is another one of Ree’s recipes where she is thinking for the
working women. Take advantage of this idea!
The Eagles are still at Mooseheart
The Eagles are still at Mooseheart
I first saw the male out on a branch
Then, I looked closer and noticed the female sitting in the nest
In case you have not seen them in person,
the nest is in the field house parking lot at
Mooseheart. The road is on the left of the lot.
Stop and see them, and they will take your breath.
