What the Beck???
Cheesy Chile Muffins
Here are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe
I began by sifting together the flour,
baking powder, and salt.
In a new bowl, I put in the milk,
vegetable oil,
and eggs.
They are all whisked together
Now, back to the flour mixture.
I cut in the butter.
I combined the dry and liquid mixtures.
Now, for the good stuff!!!
In went the diced green chilies.
The sharp cheddar was added to the bowl,
and I mixed it all together.
I spooned the mixture into to greased muffin pans.
They are done!!!
I couldn't wait to eat this one!!
I left them on the counter on a baking rack to cool.
I froze a few, and packed up the
others to deliver to the family.
