What the Beck???
Here are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe.
I began making the marinade by heating the pop,
BBQ sauce, and brown sugar.
I added in the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
Next, in went the brown mustard.
The vinegar was added next.
The garlic was finely chopped and added to the marinade.
I cooked it until it thickened and reduced.
I put the ribs on foil

I truly loved these ribs. I
shared them with my Mom and Ron, Susan and Rick and Kim and Greg. I had a great review from all of
them. I love it when we have a
thumbs up all around.

The ribs were covered with sauce on both sides and refrigerated overnight. The next day I cooked them and continued to apply the sauce until they were finished and yummy.
They were the best!
