I figured out that there are 224 calories, if 8 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
Another fabulous breakfast! I am so happy that I bought this book. The breakfasts have been so amazing, so I spent my money wisely. This book is one of her very best. Try this one, too.
Here are the ingredients that I used to create this recipe.
I began by mixing the eggs, salt and pepper
Now, the good stuff goes in - the cheeses
and the Siracha. Yummy!!!
I melted the butter to cook the
onions and potatoes.
I love onions, and the flavor that
they add to the dish.
I used red onions in this fritata.
Ree didn't specify which type of onion,
so this is what I chose to use.
Next, the potatoes were added in to the pan.
The last step was to mix it all together.
Here is the cooked frittata.
Gosh, was it wonderful.
This plate is actually 6 x 6 inches.
When I use a plate this size, it seems like more food.
It was a great breakfast.
