I
figured out that there are 215 calories, if 20 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the
specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)
I
loved these cookies. I first made them in high school foods class, and still
love them today. I shared these with Jerome and Travis, my remodelers, as well
as the staff at Masterson’s Appliance store. These cookies are so easy to make and loved by almost everyone who loves cinnamon. Thanks for a great recipe, Ree.
I began by mixing the dry ingredients.
In went the flour,
the cream of tartar,
baking soda,
and salt.
I whisked the ingredients and then
set the bowl aside to use later.
In my mixer bowl, I added the butter,
and sugar and creamed them together.
I love action shots.
Once the eggs and sugar are blended, I added in the eggs.
It is important to slowly add the dry
ingredients to the mixer.
The dough is now ready to roll into balls.
The balls will be rolled into cinnamon sugar.
I mixed the sugar with
the cinnamon, and then
stirred them together. I rolled each
ball in and placed it on my covered
baking sheets. I love my liners,
because clean-up is a cinch!
The finished product.
My kitchen smelled like Heaven.
