Today’s Recipe and Location:           Sigrid’s Carrot Cake

I figured out that there are 686 calories per serving, if 12 servings are made. (Please note that the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that you choose to use.)

         This carrot cake was a hit at school.  This is a new thing for me to love.  The cake was moist and very flavorful.  It was made in a Bundt pan was a pretty cake. This is definitely a cake that I will make for many different occasions!



Here are the ingredients

First, we sifted the dry ingredients


Mix in the eggs


Blend it until it is smooth and creamy.

Begin mixing the yummy frosting

I guess it all depends on where you were raised.

Crunchy Apple Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped apple
2 cups sliced banana
1 cup chopped pecans
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup mayo
lettuce leaves

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except the lettuce. Toss gently to coat. Now, chill for one to two hours.  Serve on a bed of lettuce.
