What the Beck???
These are the ingredients that I used to make this recipe.
I made the photos smaller because they look less blurry
They have a creamy texture, gosh,
could this be because they are
creamy ingredients?
I added in the blue cheese. Yeah!!!

I made the Chicken
Salad a Luncheon size, so it was 207 calories if 4 servings are made. (Please note that
the calorie counts vary depending on the specific brands of ingredients that
you choose to use.)
I
loved the kick that Buffalo Chicken had for me. The dressing was
outstanding, because I have learned to absolutely love blue cheese. This could
be a great go-to salad for guests, because I ate one serving and froze the other
three chicken servings. They could be thawed quickly, and added to lettuce. This would make a hearty salad
for guests.

I began by chopping up the chives
To make the dressing, I mixed the mayo,
sour cream, and buttermilk

and the chives
and stirred it all together
I always use mason jars when I make
homemade dressing.
The chicken was sliced horizontally so
I had two thin chicken breasts
now I'm ready to cook'em
In a skillet, I melted the butter and olive oil
I salted and peppered the breasts,
and then cooked the chicken until it was cooked
through.
I added Siracha as my hot sauce
I cut the chicken into four pieces. Now, I had four salads.
I froze this container, and can open it and take out one at a
time as needed.
This was a great salad.
